Meal Preparation Workshop

Learn how to efficiently teach your clients to practice the meal preparation system! This can be very challenging for clients, yet it is by far the most important factor when it comes to helping clients reach their fitness goals.
This workshop will show you how to create meal plans for your clients while staying within the personal training scope of practice. We also discuss food shopping, macro nutrients and digestion.
Open to anyone that would like to learn more about the science and application of meal planning and meal preparation!
