Body Design University’s Essentials of Stretching & Flexibility is designed to give you an in-depth guide to the world of proper stretching, why it’s crucial to your clients’ total fitness, and when to stretch. Learn the most appropriate ways to stretch your clients or yourself.
This workshop is appropriate for all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Some of the students enrolled in our courses are new to the fitness industry or have extensive experience. Most of our students are personal trainers who are looking to expand their knowledge base and stay current in a competitive marketplace! This workshop is open to anyone that would like to learn more about the science and application of suspension training workouts.
