Vietnamese Grilled Pork
This dish of grilled pork accompanied by rice noodles is known in Vietnam as “Bun Cha.” We recommend brown rice noodles for their higher fiber content over white noodles. We like this lean meal because it’s quick to make. But of course – it’s no good unless it tastes good and this definitely fits the bill of GOOD. It has that heavenly beefy-chicken taste to it that only pork has!
