Ways to decrease body fat!
1. Set a goal and get real about achieving it.
2. Drink adequate amounts of water, daily.
3. Eat 6-7 small meals, per day, consisting of high protein, moderate carbs, and low fat.
4. Intense interval training cardio 3-4 times a week.
5. Weight training 4-5 times a week.
6. Figure out your daily energy expenditure and reduce it.
7. Continue to up your weight (overload) when doing resistance training.
8. Cut out sugars.
